Well thank you very much! I got it from the book/poem by Maya Angelou. I was going to get a line of the poem tattooed but I couldn’t decide which line. I love the idea though, you should!
IT’S EUROVISION DAY!!!!
Surprise acupuncture.
I went to the foot scan clinic there to see about my shin splints, expecting to get fitted for insoles. After a period of having my leg felt up by a rather attractive doctor he asked if he could try acupuncture.
Now I’m obviously fine with needles (having 5 tattoos) and was quite interested in the idea, so of course I said yes!
So there was me sitting on a bed with 4 orange needles poking out of my leg. Strangest feeling ever! Makes you think about how alternative medicine and stuff like this works. He was twisting away at one of the needles in my upper shin and my toes start to twitch. So random.
I’m not a big believer in the likes of medication so this treatment really intrigues me. I won’t take headache tablets or pain relief tablets because I know I can deal with the minor pain myself. Mind over matter eh?

I got serenaded tonight by a guy in the karaoke bar. He sang Bon Jovi’s ‘Bed of Roses’. I think I was in love for a small moment.
As it is now summer, it is time for me to once again embrace Joss Stone.

Last exam today. I am the most unprepared for this exam today, that I have ever been for anything, ever!
I’m kinda not even bothered though.
I’m just looking forward to putting on Beyonce and dancing about like a mad carefree fool.

I’ll have to remind myself later to post about Duke of Ed memories. I keep remembering funny stories from it.
